User accounts & content
You sign in via Google or Apple. Your public identity is a nickname — no real names are displayed. You are responsible for the content you publish.
By uploading a game you grant PlayMaksi a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display it within the app. You retain ownership of your original work.
Games must comply with Scratch community guidelines. Content that is violent, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on intellectual property will be removed.
Guest mode & reactions
Users can browse and play games without registering. Guest reactions (likes/dislikes) are tied to a device identifier.
Publishing games and filing reports require a signed-in account.
We reserve the right to reset guest reaction data during maintenance or abuse mitigation.
Moderation, liability & contact
Users can report games for inappropriate content, broken functionality, spam, or rights violations. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. PlayMaksi is not liable for user-generated content or third-party Scratch projects.
